This summer, I will be taking part in the RAF Benevolent Fund's 80 Miles in 80 Days challenge in celebration of the RAF Air Cadets 80th anniversary. My challenge will support the RAF Benevolent Fund, the RAF's leading welfare charity, and the RAF Air Cadets General Purposes Fund.

The challenge runs from 1 June to 19 August. Whether I run, walk, cycle, row, swim (or a combination of these!), I will need to complete the 80 miles within the 80 day period.
